Cancellation Policy

We understand that life with children is unpredictable. This policy exists to be fair to both families and our educators, whose time is reserved specifically for your child.
To cancel or reschedule a session, please call or text 0494 743 539 as early as possible.
Cancellation Notice & Fees
| Notice Given | Outcome |
|---|---|
| 48+ hours | Session fully rescheduled or credited — no charge. |
| 24–48 hours | 50% of the session fee applies. The remaining 50% is credited toward a future session. |
| Less than 24 hours / no-show | Full session fee applies. The session is considered delivered and is not rescheduled or credited. |
Any applicable fees will be invoiced prior to your next session.
Illness
We know children get sick without warning. If your child is unwell and unable to attend their session, please let us know as early as possible — even if it's short notice. Genuine illness, particularly where you contact us promptly, will always be considered with understanding. Repeated late cancellations due to illness may require a conversation about session scheduling.
If We Cancel
In the rare event that Ignite Tutoring needs to cancel a session, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer:
- A full reschedule at a time that suits you, or
- A full credit applied to your account.
No fee is charged when we cancel.
Session Packs
Sessions purchased as part of a pack are subject to the same cancellation terms above. Pack sessions that are forfeited due to late cancellation or no-show are deducted from the pack balance and are not refunded or carried over.
